Shipping Policy
Shipping within the contiguous United States is free on all orders $75+. For all contiguous United States orders under $75, a flat rate of $8.99 will be charged.
All international orders and orders outside of the contiguous United States, the shipping rate is $30.*
*Note that select international markets charge country-specific import taxes & fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Spain at this time due to local customs constraints.
Return Policy

Replacements
If your product arrived damaged, we are happy to send you a replacement free of charge. Contact us at customerservice@gussihair.
Returns
We offer refunds for products that are returned unused and unopened by mail within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
- Returned products are subject to an $8.99 return shipping fee for continental domestic orders and $30 return shipping fee for international orders, which will be automatically deducted from your refund. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly on www.gussihair.com
- To start your return, email customerservice@gussihair.com with your order number and the products you would like to return, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Original packaging required for return.
- Your return refund will be processed 7-10 days after the return arrives at our warehouse, less the $8.99 domestic return shipping fee. We're sorry, original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds
If you have tried a Gussi product and are unhappy with your results, reach out to our customer care team at customerservice@gussihair.com within 30 days of the original shipment date and we will work with you to determine if a refund is possible. Please note, shipping fees are unable to be refunded once product has been used. We only accept returns for products purchased directly on www.gussihair.com.
