We offer refunds for products that are returned unused and unopened by mail within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
- Returned products are subject to an $8.99 return shipping fee for continental domestic orders and $30 return shipping fee for international orders, which will be automatically deducted from your refund. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly on www.gussihair.com
- To start your return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you would like to return, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Original packaging required for return.
- Your return refund will be processed 7-10 days after the return arrives at our warehouse, less the $8.99 domestic return shipping fee. We're sorry, original shipping charges are not refundable.
